When you browse our website, we collect your IP address, the pages you visit, when you visit them, and information about your device and browser. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies, which are explained below.
When you fill in a form, for example to sign up for news, download a resource, register for an event, or book a demo, we ask for your name, job title, company, and contact details including your email address.
When you register for one of our webinars or events, you may do so on a third-party platform (Contrast for webinars, Luma for events). The registration details you provide there, typically your name, email address, job title, and company, along with whether you attended, are passed to us and stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system. We use them as described in this policy. These platforms also process your data under their own privacy policies, which are linked on their registration pages.
When you contact us directly, we keep a record of the correspondence.
We do not collect personal data about the customers of our clients through this website, and our website is not intended for use by consumers in arrears.

Some of the providers above process data in the United States, including Google, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Luma. Where personal data leaves the UK, we make sure it's protected by appropriate safeguards. These include the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. Our HubSpot data is hosted in the EU, and Contrast stores data within the EU, which the UK recognises as providing adequate protection. Where a provider occasionally accesses data from outside the UK or EU, for example for technical support, the same safeguards apply.
