We are looking for someone to take the lead in service operation at Flexys. To us, this means:
- maintaining confidentiality, integrity and availability of client data
- providing excellent customer support
- evidencing our compliance
You’ll work closely with our DevOps team to influence our product roadmaps, helping us to plan and prioritise. You will drive the continual improvement of our service model as we support larger and more complex clients.
We’d like some significant previous experience in this role, particularly in complex areas like ISO27001, PCI-DSS and security risk analysis. You will need experience of blue chip organisations either internally or as a client. Financial services or collections knowledge would be helpful, as would experience of ITIL. Someone who is familiar with cloud technologies like Kubernetes and still keen to get their hands dirty would be even better!
