Flexys and Water Plus Shortlisted for Two Collections Technology Awards
We are delighted to announce that Flexys and Water Plus have been jointly shortlisted for two awards at the Credit Connect Credit and Collections Technology Awards, taking place in Manchester on 23 November 2023.
The judges have awarded finalist status in the following categories
- Innovation in Collections and Recoveries
- Best Use of Technology
The awards, which are in their seventh year, celebrate the best in credit and collections technology with a focus on customer experience and operational performance. Flexys and Water Plus are entering the awards following a transformation project to implement Flexys Control+ debt management platform into the UK’s largest B2B water retailer.
Mike Jones, DCA and Debt Strategy Manager at Water Plus, commented on the project’s impact, saying,
‘Control+ has totally transformed the way we work and the way we’re managing our collections processes. We’re getting really excited about where it’s going to lead to in the future.
