Huw has accumulated over thirty-five years of experience in Collections and Recoveries, leading, developing and optimising Collections and Recoveries operations across a range of large blue-chip organisations, including Barclays Retail Bank and GE Money.

From a software perspective, he worked with FICO for over seven years as a Senior Business Strategy Consultant for FICO’s Customer Communication Service team, specialising in the automation and digitisation of Collections operations. Prior to joining Flexys, Huw worked with Arum Consulting as a Senior Business Consultant with a focus on helping clients with their digital collections capability.
